1General Description & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between jayabhaji (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the platform") and all its registered members and users.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Jayabhaji reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• At the direction of authorities or as required by law.

Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, jayabhaji reserves the right to forfeit all balances. If an account is closed for standard reasons, any legitimate balance will be returned.

8Limitation of Liability
